LOGISTICS

JLR to manage all logistics to and from the competition on behalf of the retailer.

TRAVEL TO/FROM COMPETITION

Retailer will cover team travel to and from the competition.

LODGING/ F&B

JLR will cover lodging, food and beverage while at the TReK competition.

​

CAMPING MATERIALS

JLR to provide tents, sleeping bags and camp gear related to the competition.

 

​

ATTIRE

Retailer will need to pack all clothes and shoes for the competition.

 

JLR will provide TReK 2026 shirts and hats to all competitors.

PARTICIPATION FEE

$7,500 USD/ $9,500 CAD per team if you register by June 8, 2026 (Charged via August 2026 retailer parts statement).

 

$8,500 USD / $10,500 CAD per team if you register anytime after June 8, 2026 (Charged via August 2026 retailer parts statement).
