TRĕK EVENT & QUALIFICATIONS OVERVIEW:

The Qualifying Trials are limited to 100 U.S. teams and 10 Canadian teams*, and will take place over 10 waves, each wave starting and ending between October 6th – 19th, 2024.

Participating Retailers purchase a numbered, limited edition TRĕK Defender and send teams to the Qualifying Trials where single-day competitions determine the ten teams that will then compete at Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel, CA for the four-day TRĕK Finals Program from November 20th – 23rd.​

Past TRĕK teams and participants are allowed to compete. Teams must be a minimum of 3 people and cannot exceed 4 people. Teams should be composed of a blend of job roles.​

COST AND PARTICIPATION:

Retailers will be responsible for:

• Purchase of a 24 TRĕK Defender 110 S (incremental allocation, eligible for Business Builder upfront at time of wholesale)

• Lucky 8 off-road accessories (paid directly to Lucky 8)

• A team participation fee (billed to retailer parts statement)

• Team travel to and from their Qualifying Trial wave

• If your team (for US only) qualifies for the finals, you will be required to purchase a second vehicle. Details and pricing for this vehicle can be found on the Commitment tab. Each US finalist team will be offered an incremental allocation of a Defender OCTA.

 

COMMITMENT & REGISTRATION:

If interested, you must complete the registration, which is linked on the commitment tab. Information that will be needed to commit your team include: Retailer Information, Wave Selection, Acknowledgement of Program Costs, and more. Wave selection will be first come, first serve, so if dates are important to you, please register early.

You will have the option to enter your team member information (Full Name, Uniform Sizes, Dietary Restrictions, etc.) at the time of commitment, or you will be able to continue registration later and add in this information.

Teams will need to commit by August 23, 2024 in order to secure a spot at the Qualifying Trials. Please familiarize yourself with the documents below - each team will be required to complete the Vehicle Use Agreement by August 31, 2024 in order to compete.

As part of registration, team members will be required to input their sizing for the TRĕK uniform. We have linked the apparel items below for reference on sizing.

• Men's KÜHL RENEGADE Pant / Steel Gray - Available in 28-42 Waist, 30-34 Length

• Women's KÜHL ACCEL Hoody / Black - Available in XS to XL

• Women's KÜHL FREEFLEX DASH Pant / Flint - Available in XS - XL

The men's uniform is the same brand, style, and sizing as the uniform from 2023.
