TRĕK EVENT & QUALIFICATIONS OVERVIEW

 

The Defender TRĕK competition will take place over 10 waves starting October 4th and concluding October 17, 2025. Below please find the Wave Schedule:

Wave 1: October 4-6
Wave 2: October 5-7
Wave 3: October 6-8
Wave 4: October 7-9
Wave 5: October 8-10
Wave 6: October 11-13
Wave 7: October 12-14
Wave 8: October 13-15
Wave 9: October 14-16
Wave 10: October 15-17​

All teams must have a minimum of 3 competitors and cannot exceed 4. Teams should be comprised of a blend of job roles across each retail location, and can include participants from previous TRĕK competitions. ​

TRĕK is open only to authorized Land Rover retailers in the US and Canada.

COST AND PARTICIPATION

 

New for the 2025 competition, competing teams will be able to choose between bringing their own vehicle to TRĕK (Build Your Own), or purchasing a competition vehicle from JLRNA (Built for You). Please see the below chart for a high-level overview of each option, and visit the tabs in the navigation bar for further details about each.

COMMITMENT & REGISTRATION

​

If interested, you must complete the registration linked on the “Commitment” tab. Information that will be collected to commit your team include:

 

• Retailer Information

• Wave Preference 

• Acknowledgement of Program Costs

• Other details that are outlined in registration

Wave selection will be first come, first serve, so if dates are important to you, please register early. 

You will also have the option to provide competitor information including:

​

• Full Name

• Apparel Size (Shirt & Jacket only)

• Dietary Restrictions

​

If you do not have the above information at the time of registration, you are able to complete your commitment and provide competitor details at a later date.

Teams will need to commit by August 22, 2025 to secure a spot at the 2025 Defender TRĕK Competition. We will require that all team information be submitted by that time as well.

TRĕK 2025 COMPETITION WINNERS​

​

During the November 2025 Monthly Retailer Connect, the 2025 TRĕK Competition winners will be announced!

The teams with the top 3 scores across all 10 competition waves will be announced, with the team with the top score being named the 2025 TRĕK competition winner.

The winning team will be invited to attend Destination Defender at Galway Downs in Temecula, CA from November 14-16, 2025, where they will be highlighted and receive their award during the Defender Service Awards Gala.

JLR to cover flights, onsite meals and accommodations for the winning team. Winning team responsible for transportation from the airport to Galway Downs.
