In exchange for the eligibility to participate in 2025 Defender TRĕK Competition, retailers are responsible for the following costs:

"BUILD YOUR OWN" - PARTICIPATION OPTION 1

• USA

  • $7,500 USD for US team of 3 or 4 (Charged via September 2025 retailer parts statement)

• CANADA

  • ​$8,500 CAD for CAD team of 3 or 4 (Charged via September 2025 retailer parts statement)

"BUILT FOR YOU"​ - PARTICIPATION OPTION 2

​

• USA

  • $80,790 USD – 25MY TReK Defender 110 P300S (Incremental to allocation and paid via Vehicle Invoice)

    • Includes Vehicle MSRP, Factory Installed Options and JLR accessories. The breakdown is as follows:​

      • Vehicle MSRP: $60,800​

      • Vehicles Options: $11,640

      • JLR Accessories: $6,500

      • Destination Fee Port to Montana: $1,850

        • 25MY TRĕK vehicles will be eligible for future incentives​ ​​

• $8,500 USD - Participation Fee for Teams of 3 or 4 Competitors (Charged via September 2025 Retailer Parts Statement)

  • Camping equipment​

  • Team apparel

  • Overnight accommodation

  • Food and beverage

• $3,100 USD  – Recovery Accessories, Decals & Secondary Destination Fee (Charged via September 2025 Retailer Parts Statement)​​

  • Destination Fee Montana to Retailer: $1,850​

  • Decals: $250

  • Recovery Accessories (Non-JLR): $1,000

 

• CANADA​

  • $9,500 CAD - Participation Fee for Teams of 3 or 4 Competitors (Charged via September 2025 Retailer Parts Statement)

    • Camping equipment​

    • Team apparel

    • Overnight accommodation

    • Food and beverage

    • Use of 2025 TReK Competition Option 2 Vehicle (US Build). ​

      • CAD retailers will be responsible to cover any damages to the vehicle during it’s use at the competition.​
